Tryphosa Kwagala has over 5 years of experience in senior management positions, including board governance in different organisations. She holds extensive experience in programme implementation & management and monitoring evaluation & training. Tryphosa also holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Psychology, a post-graduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, a professional certificate in Child Protection and is currently conducting research for her masters degree in Management Studies majoring in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Her career began as a volunteer in both government and non-governmental organisations which led her to later join a variety of sectors. Some of these are banking, environment, energy, agriculture and education, using her specialisation in monitoring and evaluation. Tryphosa has engineered multi-stakeholder processes, in order to drive action through her findings in the different sectors. She has records in achieving, leading and delivering high quality programs like DFID, USAID, the Ford Foundation and Oxfam through measuring results and facilitating learning processes.
Tryphosa is now responsible for the overall supervision of projects and administration of staff in Uganda and operations in Uganda, whilst also being in charge of the overall monitoring and link to the government agencies.
