Your Donation, Your Call
All donations, regardless of size or frequency, represent a generous contribution. In asking for your support, we strive not to put undue pressure on you to donate and we respect your decision if you need to stop or end your donation.
Your Contact Information is Safe
Africa Educational Trust does not buy, sell or trade donor contact information. All your contact information is stored securely and is never shared, traded or sold to third parties. AET does not employ third parties to fundraise on our behalf, so only designated staff members will ever see your information. If you wish to be removed from our contact list, please let us.
Your Debit/Credit Security is Key
All online payments are processed through a secured payment gateway. We do not see or store your debit/credit card information. Information received by phone or mail is securely destroyed after payment is processed.

We work to acknowledge and thank all our supporters. Every single donation makes a difference to our work and we want you to know about it. Through our website, newsletters, social media and emails we hope to keep you up-to-date with what we’ve been able to achieve because of you.
You Don’t Need to be Overwhelmed
We spend a fraction of what other charities do on fundraising and marketing and we work hard to stay in touch in the most cost-effective way, which includes NOT flooding your inbox or mail box with information.
But it’s your call on how you hear from us and you can unsubscribe from any of our updates or let us know if you want to customise when and how you receive information.
You Deserve a Quick Response
You deserve excellent customer service and we work hard to get back to you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that we have a very small staff team, some of whom are part time and it can occasionally take a bit of time to make sure the best person to answer your query gets back to you.
